Nine Mile and Dunn's River Falls Day Trip from Montego Bay

Friendly and professional tour guide will meet you in the lobby of your Montego Bay hotel. From there you will board a clean air-conditioned bus. You professional driver and guide will give you tons of information about beautiful island of Jamaica. Now you are off on your trip to the very remote village of Nine Mile in the hills of St Ann. As you travel along the northern coastline of Jamaica you will be in awe of the breathtaking views. There will be several rest stops along the way including a 15-minute stop at Columbus Park in Runaway Bay. You will arrive in Nine Miles just in time to meet one of their very knowledgeable guides who will lead you on the tour.

The Nine Mile Tour takes you on a 1,5-hour journey through the life of reggae legend Bob Marley, starting at his birth and ending at his final resting place. A Rastafarian tour guide will be on hand to guide you around the property and answer all your questions. You will see the room that he slept in as a young child and as an adult when he would return on his many “cooling out” visits. You will also learn about his interests and hobbies and you will see Mount Zion. Also visit the nearby Ethiopian church where his body was laid to rest with his guitar. After the tour, there will be an easy 1-hour hike through the lush green rainforest ending at Scotchies for authentic Jamaican jerk chicken and pork lunch (for additional cost).
