Airport Transfers
Roundtrip airports transfers are provided in air-conditioned buses to all booked guests arriving in Montego Bay's international airport. Beaches Boscobel is about 90 minutes from the airport.
Restaurants & Bars
Eleanor's
Enjoy fine Caribbean cuisine prepared by master chefs and served indoors by attentive, white-gloved waiters. This restaurant is only open for dinner and caters to adults only.
The Venetian
High ceilings and frescoed walls set the tone for this indoor restaurant serving traditional Italian cuisine.
Bayside
This is the resort's main restaurant, serving breakfast, lunch and dinner. The Bayside features buffet-style international cuisine which varies daily.
Arizona
Throughout the day this outdoor restaurant serves anytime snacks such as burgers, hot dogs, jerk chicken, and more. At night it serves Tex-Mex cuisine.
BBQ Park
Snacks and barbecued favorites served outdoors from 11:30 noon - 6:30pm.
Pirates Island Water Park
Recently opened, the newly-expanded Pirate's Island Water Park, provides guests with a splash-tactic vacation experience. After a $3 million expansion to the resort's existing aqua playground, guests of all ages will experience a fun and fresh Water Park, featuring nine new slides and wet n' wild features for the entire family. The new Water Park sits on an expansive 27,000 sq ft. area. There are six new kiddie slides, allowing for Beaches youngest guests to slip n' slide their way into a memorable Caribbean vacation.

Treasure Isle Aqua-Play Area
A treasure trove of wet and wild fun, the Water Park also includes a Treasure Isle Aqua-Play area, complete with water cannons and a treasure chest.
Kid's Zone
For the resort's tiniest Water Park enthusiast, Pirate's Island unveils a kid's zone and zero entry kiddie pool complete with a misting crab, a squirting sea turtle and a splashing seahorse.
Tons of Slides
For the not-so-young but young at heart, the Water Park features a tube slide, a body slide and a speed slide, all perfect for a day of coolin' down beneath the Caribbean sun.
Water Crawl Cargo Net Agua Play Area
The Water Park also adds a Water Crawl Cargo Net Aqua-Play Structure, complete with sea creature themed stepping-stones including a starfish, an oyster shell and a nautilus shell, made from soft-play resilient foam.

Deluxe Room
Great rooms in the main building which are very similar to Family Suites. Some rooms connect. This room does not have a balcony or a patio. Room View: Kid's Center, Mountains.
Premium Room
Large rooms located on the 1st through 5th floors of the Main building where the East and West wings meet. Ground level rooms have patio, other rooms have balconies. Room View: Resort Grounds, Venetian Terrace, some Ocean.
Luxury Family Junior Suite
Large rooms located on the 1st through 3rd floors of the East and West wings of the Main building. These rooms are extremely large and are on two levels. The upper level is separated from the living area by a Moorish-influenced half wall. Many rooms in this category connect. All suite have either a patio or a balcony. Room View: Venetian Terrace, Resort Grounds.
Grand Luxe Ocean Junior Suite
At the ocean end of the East and West wings on the 1st through 3rd floors. Also located in the main building on the 2nd through 5th floors. All suites in this category are quite large. Suites in the Main building are slightly larger than those in the East and West wings and have a great view, but no balcony. East and West wing suites have either a patio or a balcony. Room View: Main Pool, Ocean, Resort Grounds.
Ocean Front Terrace Suite
On the two upper levels of the Oceanfront Terrace building which directly faces the beach and ocean. They were formally called "Lanai Suites" and have since been enlarged. Each suite has a large deck area. Room View: Ocean, Beach
Oceanfront One Bedroom Suite
These suites are located on the 2nd through 4th floors of the Chela Bay building. Situated on the western beachfront corner of the resort. These one-bedroom suites directly face the ocean and offer views of the beach and stunning sunsets from the balcony. All suites have a balcony (one with patio). Room View: Beach Ocean.

Minimum Stay Requirements
-There is a 3 nights minimum stay require all year around apart from Christmas & Easter, where a 7 nights minimum stay is required.

-At the moment of confirmation, the full amount will be charged.
Cancellation Policy
-If a cancellation is received 15 or more days prior to arrival, an 18% cancellation fee will apply.
-If a cancellation is received between 14 days and 4 days prior to arrival, an additional USD 450.00 penalty fee will apply.
-If a cancellation is received 3 days or pruir to arrival, the full amount will apply as a penalty fee.
-In case of no shows, the full amount will apply as a penalty fee.
-No refunds for early departures.
Children Policy
-Children under the age of 2 can stay for free.
-Children aged between 3 and 15 pay USD 80.00 per day.
-Children over the age of 15 are considered as adults.

Internet Travel Group is therefore not responsible for any loss, injury or damage sustained by the tourists; including those occurring outside of the touring programs. Price & Payment
Unless otherwise stated, at the time of booking only a deposit is due. The remanining balance is payable on check-in and charged by the hotel direct. hotel-savings.com accepts Visa, Mastercard & American Express.
For security purposes, should your reservation incur a charge in excess of USD 400.00, you must submit a signed credit card authorization form. This will be supplied upon confirmation of the reservation. If you fail to fax across this documentation within 48 hours, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation. Please note that as per our cancellation policy, there may be a fee for this.
Flight Information
If you are to arrive at your hotel after 5pm, please provide Hotelrentalgroup with your flight information, so that we may be able to advise the hotel of what time they can expect you. Should your flight be delayed, we strongly recommend that you contact the hotel directly to inform them of this.
Period of Stay / Rate Calculation
All stays are calculated and sold "per night". We can only guarantee a room until noon (12pm). Late check-outs can be requested at the moment of reservation in the additional comments box, but may come at an additional fee (usually 50% of the nightly rate).
Cancellation Policies & Charges
Cancellations must be received in writing by e-mail, with as much notice as possible. Penalty fees may apply. Please check the terms & conditions, as these policies vary from hotel to hotel.
Cancellation Charges On All Reservations
-On all confirmed reservations, 20% of the total amount will be lost.
-Further cancellation charges may apply depending on the hotel.

No Shows
No Shows will result in a 100% penalty fee.
Reservation & Confirmation
All reservations made on the web sites operated by hotel-savings.com will receive a temporary confirmation number. This temporary number does not mean that the hotel room is available and is only for administrative purposes. Your final confirmation will be sent to you on your official confirmation voucher within 24 hours, unless, due to unforeseen circumstances, the hotel does not get back to us within this time frame. hotel-savings.com is not responsible for any such delays.
Early departures
In addition to the standard cancellation policy, we would like to stress the point that the hotels are very strict regarding changes to the length of clients’ stays. Therefore we would like to inform you that clients departing before their booked check out date will be charged for the remaining nights and, no being made for unused nights.
Check In & Check Out Policy
Your room will be made available to you from 14h00 (unless stated otherwise in the terms & conditions of the hotel). Should you require a guaranteed early check in, the room must be booked and paid for in full for the day preceeding your stay.
Check out time is 12:00 hrs. For a guaranteed late check-out, clients should book for an additional night, charged at 100%.

All special offers, packages and discounts over our standard rates are offered subject to availability. hotel-savings.com cannot accept any responsibility in the unlikely event that these are temporarily unavailable.

In order to secure a room, it is mandatory to have a credit card.

All reservations made by clients are subject to our terms and conditions. No other terms, conditions and warranties, expressed or implied by law, custom and course of dealing shall form part of any contract between hotel-savings.com and our clients except for those terms imposed by law where application is mandatory.
The client acknowledges that in making a reservation with hotel-savings.com they do so only on the basis of the material contained in the hotel-savings.com Web Site or relevant advertising medium. All other statements or representations made by hotel-savings.com, its employees, agents or sub-contractors are of no effect unless confirmed in writing by hotel-savings.com to the client.
hotel-savings.com sources hotels from various hotel companies in the countries in which it operates. The condition of the stay will be subject to the law of the country in which it is supplied to you. You will be subject to its terms and conditions and local law.
hotel-savings.com reserves the right to pass on to the client any government increase in local VAT or other taxes that may be introduced after a reservation is made. Any additional charges payable on arrival are subject to local VAT at the prevailing rate in that country.
The liability of hotel-savings.com to the client for any loss, problem, damage or cancellation, whether arising out of negligence, breach of contract, error or any other cause shall not exceed the invoiced total value of the confirmation voucher supplied by hotel-savings.com.
