Wonderful drive

I booked with Reggae Tours for a private transfer for my mother to our hotel. I was already in Jamaica and coming from Kingston, so I would not be able to make her flight arrival time, and I didn't want her waiting. She had nothing but complaints about the driver and her ride. The driver also helped her find me while waiting in the lobby before leaving. Thank you again for driving my mother safely to her destination and making it enjoyable.

Awesome experience with Reggae Tours

Top notch service at Reggae Tours. We stayed at Iberostar Suites in Montego Bay and where impressed from point of arrival. They were on time, presented themselves to us at Mobay lounge and allowed us the time to eat and refresh before heading over to our hotel. I decided to use them for excursions after such a good start. We did 4 of them - dolphin cove,black river safari and ys falls, luminous lagoon, and rose hall great house. We had such a great time with our driver, Sheldon, that we asked for him for every trip. Sheldon was great at sharing so much information about Jamaica and took us to some great places in between the excursions. We had some sugar cane and nesberry fruit at a local stand, shopping at hip strip, and where to get fresh fish escabeche style. At the lagoon, Sheldon made sure we got on the first boats out so we could maximize our experience and not spending our evening waiting. On the last excursion, we weren’t able to get Sheldon, but equally had a great time shopping at Main Street, a pit stop at KYC, and over to rose hall with Al.
In addition to the great drivers, Reggae also shined with great customer service. For the last excursion it rained and we asked to reschedule with only 15min to pick up, no problem …. Reggae accommodated easily. They also worked with me on customizing this tour as well.
Go with Reggae tours, you will not regret it. All transportation is private and you will have a great experience.

Our trip was planned and we were already nervous about the transfer from Montego Bay to Sandles in Ochi....but the driver from Reggae tours made the ride in so fun and informative that it was one of the highlights of our vacation!

Reggae Tours is the Best!! I was very skeptical at first with transporting 1 1/2 hours away from the airport when we were use to 20 minutes tops. But along came Jerome Stephen's dressed professionally arrived on time made my husband and I feel very comfortable. Took our luggage handled with care as well as having a cooler full for cold drinks for the ride. Jerome owned the road an had nice music playing and we engaged in conversations the entire trip. Jerome made us feel like family and we did get to know about some of his family as well as he ours. We requested he pIck us up on our return back to the airport and they accommodated our wishes. If you're in need of a driver please know that Jerome Stephen's from Reggae Tours has your best interests at heart and will do his very best to serve you and your traveling needs
