What To Expect

Club Mobay Departure Lounge

Arrival Lounge (not applicable to Departure Only bookings):
Exit plane at Montego Bay’s Sangster Airport, head to the Club Mobay meeting point where VIP Rep will greet you. Fill out immigration forms and pass customs/immigration with fast-track. Rep will help retrieve luggage at baggage claim and escort you to Club Mobay lounge. Use WiFi, flat-screen TVs, snacks and beverages, magazines and newspapers, or cool off with a chilled towel. When ready, you’ll be escorted to the airport transport you are taking to hotel.

Departure Lounge (not applicable to Arrival Only bookings):
After checking in for flight, head to Club Mobay info booth next to entrance for security/immigration. Check-in for lounge access, then fast entry through security and immigration VIP line. Head to mezzanine to enter Club Mobay lounge near Gate 12. Enjoy fruit, sandwiches, tapas, and sip on a refreshing cold drink, coffee, or alcoholic beverage. Read a magazine or newspaper, use WiFi, or freshen up with a shower.
