What To Expect

The resort is located on the Jamaican North Coast, surrounded by the calm blue waters of a small bay on a stunning part of the coast. The resort offers an amazing view of the Caribbean sea. Soak up some sun on the private white-sand beach or lounge poolside at the largest pool in Jamaica.

The Grand Palladium Resort & Spa day pass includes lunch in one of three buffet style restaurants: Negril Buffet, Mobay Buffet or Blue Lagoon Buffet. You can also enjoy an afternoon snack at the popular sports bar while washing it all down with a wide selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, all included in your booking!

To make sure you receive a five star quality service, you will receive a beach towel card when arriving. You can exchange the card for a clean towel at any of the distribution outlets throughout the resort or at the front desk. When departing either the towel card or the towel must be returned. Please note a charge of US $20 per card can be applied if not.

Luxurious coach transfers are included from the cruise port of Montego Bay, Jamaica. The resort is only a 40 minute ride from the port. The shuttle departs 45 minutes after your cruise ship arrival time and picks you back up 2 hours prior to your cruise ship departure time. For ships that arrive before 8:30am, the time will be at 9:15am for your transfer.
