The water at the Blue Hole Mineral Spring is known for its many healing properties. It is believed to help relieve aches and pains as well as calm the mind. While it is not scientifically proven that the waters of the Blue Hole have any benefits, you will leave the spring feeling energized and refreshed by the cool water and in awe of the stunning scenery.

Just as the name suggests, it is literally a hole in the earth’s surface. Upon peering inside, you discover that it is also a portal into paradise with sparkling turquoise water below. Those brave enough take a deep breath and jump twenty-two feet into the spring. For those who would prefer otherwise, you are welcome to take the ladder in and out of the deep grotto.

If you are not interested in going into the Blue Hole Mineral Spring, you can swim in the neighboring, ground-level pool that is filled with the same mineral found inside the spring.

You’ll be picked up at your resort in Montego Bay in a comfortable air condition van. Take a ride 1 hour ride along a scenic route from Montego Bay to the beautiful resort town Negril. Here you’ll have the opportunity to explore three of Jamaica’s most unique attractions. The Blue Hole Mineral Spring with stops at Seven mile beach, Cold beer joint and Rutland craft market. This is a private tour with only you and your group. We’re very flexible with our time schedule therefore the excursion can last longer than suggested depending on your schedule.

Our first stop will be at the iconic Seven Mile Beach in Negril. As the name suggests the beach goes on and on and is loaded with activities and attractions that are sure to delight. With a nearly permanent spot on myriad “best beaches in the world” lists, you won’t be alone in paradise—but with miles of beach and nearly every water sport, restaurants and bar available, you’re sure to find what you’re looking for.
